Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the AcadFlows platform and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to all users authorised by a Customer institution.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
- Process personal data without a lawful basis or required consents.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other tenants.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
3. Messaging & communications
Communications sent via the Service (WhatsApp, SMS, voice, email) must comply with applicable telecom and anti-spam rules and the policies of the underlying providers. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and necessary consents to contact recipients, and for honouring opt-out requests.
4. Security
You must keep credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls, and promptly report any suspected security incident or vulnerability to us.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination under the Terms.
