Yes. Each tenant has its own schema. There is no API path that can return cross-tenant data, even for AcadFlows staff. Independent VAPT audits validate isolation every six months.

Median time-to-live across the last 512 schools onboarded: 4 hours 12 minutes for a single-campus K-12 school using our CSV import templates. Managed migrations from Fedena, EduSmart, MyClassboard or Excel-based systems take 2–4 weeks for a single campus, 4–8 weeks for a 3+ campus trust.
